As a California licensed attorney, Scott Flaxman has assisted hundreds of small businesses and individuals with real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and civil litigation matters.  Mr. Flaxman’s civil litigation experience encompasses land use (use permits, variances), disputes over commercial and residential leases, real estate brokerage, real estate purchase and sale, boundary and easements; general neighbor disagreements such as shared fences and tree roots; title and general liability insurance matters; construction disagreements; probate problems; homeowners association disputes and issues that have arisen in connection with the purchase and sale of consumer products.

Mr. Flaxman graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California at Davis with a degree in Psychology and earned his law degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
